Riverport Specialist Cleaning is a sister company of Riverport Residential Cleaning which was formed to tackle more specialist jobs – including:
- Builders’ cleans
- End of Tenancy and pre tenancy cleans
- Spring cleans
Carpet and upholstery cleaning
A rigorous and detailed procedure is followed for each clean, for instance the builder’s clean will include removing excess grout, paint and other deposits. With carpet and upholstery cleans Anne and the team give advice on cleaning different surfaces and coverings and staff are trained to use specialist machinery. All manner of stains are treated with specialist products including flea and insect treatments as well as stainguards. Where possible the company will use bio-friendly products.
Anne was born in Scotland and qualified as a teacher before marrying and becoming mum to three now adult children. She went back to teaching in St Ives in 1996 before becoming a senior teacher at Westfield. She retired in 2019 to help husband Stephen run the Riverport Residential and Specialist Cleaning companies.
