Presentation: The Complete Mortgage Company, William Scantlebury

Following a career which began in sales, electrical and then motor vehicles, William moved into mortgage services for an estate agency more than 15 years ago. Four years later he went self employed and joined a network, becoming an appointed representative in the area.

There are many advantages to being part of a network, William explained, from support to sourcing system which aggregates huge amounts of information. The company has access to the whole of the market practically with instant access to almost every lender and where they can offer exclusive deals they will. William has gone from strength to strength and his knowledge of the mortgage market is now second to none. The company takes the pain out of what can be an exhausting an complicated, time consuming process, with appointments out of office hours to suit clients, and quick response time, chasing solicitors and estate agents. William now operates from offices in Sheep Market, St Ives, but his clients are all over the UK, from sourcing mortgages for an apartment in Glasgow, to a holiday home in Cornwall and homes in Brighton.
